This Pharmacy Front Store project took place in Corner Brook, Newfoundland (Nov. 2023). The existing front store retail space was disorganized, and many planograms were misaligned, resulting in a poor customer experience overall. Thanks to the pharmacy retail consulting provided by Rx Retail Pro, the total front store floor plan was completely overhauled and reset. This front store project, including the OTC aisle setup, took 4 full days to complete, and the end result significantly improved customer experience, addressed traffic flow (i.e. foot traffic), and greatly enhanced the front store's image. Year-over-year sales in the front store also improved notably at this location. The OTC section of the front store business is an extension of the RX, showcasing a fully reset and stocked OTC aisle that features both Private Label and Brand products. Ready for business!

This pharmacy store design project lasted about 2.9 months from the lease signing date, allowing us to open within the rent-free period. We transformed a 3560 SF space into a full pharmacy and retail front store, including an effective OTC aisle setup. Our end-to-end execution—from lease signing to turnkey to grand opening day—was executed on budget and on schedule. This is a Pharmacy Front Store retail project where the retail floor plan was fully rejuvenated, and a complete front store setup was executed in Toronto, Ontario (June 2025). We provided comprehensive merchandising services for the entire retail space from start to finish, including a tailored OTC aisle setup that significantly improved product visibility. The HBA category was revamped due to a severe lack of representation, which involved expanding the HBA section by 4 feet and adding top-selling SKUs. All front store products were ordered through our Rx Retail Pro service, approved by the Rx owner, received, and checked. Subsequently, all products were merchandised according to a refreshed front store layout plan.
